For safety reasons, dogs and other pet companions are not allowed anywhere on the premises. We appreciate your understanding, as crowds, bustle, and noise are not suitable for pets.

Yes! All halls of Messezentrum Salzburg GmbH and the Salzburgarena are fully barrier-free.

Items found after an event are handed in at the reception of Messezentrum Salzburg GmbH.
You can inquire by phone at +43 (0) 662 / 24 04 – 0 whether your item has been turned in. A few days after the event, unclaimed items are transferred to the Salzburg city lost-and-found office.

In accordance with the Tobacco Act as amended, Federal Law Gazette I No. 120/2008, smoking is prohibited in public buildings.

Important: Please always carry your admission ticket with you so that you can show it when re-entering the exhibition halls!

A team of paramedics is on site at every public event to be able to help visitors directly in an emergency.

With the free arrival ticket, travel to the exhibition center by trolleybus is free of charge for Messezentrum Salzburg GmbH's own trade fairs. Valid in digital (on cell phone) and printed form.

Of course, you can get drinks and food for the whole day at fair prices. Our partners will provide you with seasonal products during the event, and will there be something to eat and drink at the event?

You have the opportunity to purchase tickets for events at Messezentrum Salzburg and salzburgarena in the ticket store. Please only buy tickets at www.mzs.at.

Online ticket store:

On the website www.mzs.at, under all dates, you can select your event and click on Ticketshop. You will be automatically redirected to the online store. Follow the instructions and bring your ticket with you, either printed out or on your cell phone.

For last-minute bookers, there is still the option of purchasing tickets at the box office on site, but only while stocks last. Please note that this option may result in longer waiting times.
