Service information

A new exhibitor dashboard will be available for you from 2026. It will contain the following information and services:

  • Admission ticket vouchers
  • Invitation cards
  • Exhibitor parking tickets
  • Exhibitor passes
  • Lead scanning dashboard

You will receive the login details for the dashboard by email in spring 2026.

The exhibitor passes and exhibitor parking passes included in your basic package (stand registration according to pricing scale) can be found in the new exhibitor dashboard. Additional exhibitor passes and exhibitor parking passes can be ordered directly from the exhibitor dashboard for a fee.

Prices for additional passes:

Exhibitor pass: €37.50 each (prices subject to change)
Exhibitor parking pass: €37.00 each (prices subject to change)

All exhibitors at the “Alles für den Gast” trade fair can be found on the gastmesse.at website. Here you can present your company in the best possible light by uploading your products, maintaining descriptive texts, adding images and links, etc. It is also possible to enter your desired company title, which will be used as the basis for the AVZ directory – this must be done by October 3, 2026 at the latest.

Digital

With discounted invitation cards, you can help your customers enjoy reduced-price day admission. You can access and send these yourself via the new exhibitor dashboard. Reduced-price day admission: $33.00 day ticket online.

 

Printed

Please order your printed invitation cards in advance by email at exs@mzs.at and note the order deadline of October 9, 2026. These can be ordered in digital form until the trade fair.

Individualization

You have the option of customizing the ticket vouchers with your banner (78 × 80 px). Please send it to us directly with your order.

TAN codes for customer invitations (digital)
This allows you to easily invite your customers to the trade fair digitally. The digital codes are available in the new exhibitor dashboard or can be ordered there. With this ticket* (TAN code), you can offer your TOP CUSTOMERS a free visit to “Alles für den Gast.” After the trade fair, the vouchers you have issued and which have actually been redeemed will be charged to you according to the following price scale (excl. VAT). In the exhibitor dashboard, you can see at any time which person has redeemed the TAN codes.

Printed

Please order your printed admission ticket vouchers in advance by email at  exs@mzs.at and note the order deadline of October 9, 2026. These can be ordered in digital form until the trade fair.

*The redeemed vouchers remain with the organizer and are not handed over to the exhibitor. Any notes made by the exhibitor on the vouchers, such as numbering or other markings, cannot be taken into account in the context of voucher manipulation. Subsequent evaluation of such notes by the exhibitor is not possible.

The basic and daily cleaning of the exhibition stand, as well as waste disposal including containers and all necessary details, can be found in the order forms. Please return the respective order form by email to exs@mzs.at no later than 2 weeks before the start of the trade fair.

General information

Fulfilment of basic tax requirements for foreign trade fair exhibitors participating in Austria

Exhibitors who, at the time of the trade fair, have neither a domicile or registered office, habitual residence, nor a permanent establishment in Austria, and who engage in sales in Austria for which no transfer of tax liability (i.e. in particular domestic deliveries, other services to private individuals) is applicable, are obliged to register with the Graz City Tax Office and to submit advance VAT returns and annual VAT returns.

A VAT number (=sales tax identification number) is required for this purpose. This can be applied for as follows:

  • Form Verf19 (German) or Verf19E (English): Questionnaire for tax number/VATID number issue, which must be stated on all subsequent correspondence sent to the tax office.
  • Copy of the extract from the commercial register ("trade license") or the articles of association for corporations.

We recommend exhibitors plan a lead time of at least 3 weeks before the start of the trade fair to ensure timely processing.
