Please order your admission ticket vouchers and invitation cards in advance by e-mail at gast@mzs.at.
TAN codes for customer invitations
This ticket* enables your TOP CUSTOMERS to visit "Alles für den Gast" free of charge. After the trade fair, vouchers you issue that are actually redeemed will be charged to your company according to the price scale below (excl. VAT).
This makes it easy for you to invite customers to the trade fair - either digitally, using TAN codes for download, using printed items.
- Up to 100 TANs: €21.20 (not incl. 20% VAT)
- Up to 200 TANs: €20.20 (not incl. 20% VAT)
- Up to 300 TANs: €19.10 (not incl. 20% VAT)
- 301 TANs or more: €17.90 (not incl. 20% VAT)
Please save the ordering deadline of 25.09.2024 for printed admission ticket vouchers. These can be ordered in a digital format until the trade fair begins.
*Redeemed vouchers are retained by the organiser and are generally not handed over to the exhibitor. Any notes made by exhibitors on the vouchers, such as numbering or other markings, cannot be taken into account when redeemed vouchers are processed. The issuer will not subsequently be able to evaluate any such marks.
Discount invitation cards
Discount invitation cards entitle your customers to reduced-price admission on the day. The price for "Alles für den Gast" invitation cards will be announced in the middle of the year.

Basic tax requirements for exhibitors from abroad
Fulfilment of basic tax requirements for foreign trade fair exhibitors participating in Austria
Exhibitors who, at the time of the trade fair, have neither a domicile or registered office, habitual residence, nor a permanent establishment in Austria, and who engage in sales in Austria for which no transfer of tax liability (i.e. in particular domestic deliveries, other services to private individuals) is applicable, are obliged to register with the Graz City Tax Office and to submit advance VAT returns and annual VAT returns.
A VAT number (=sales tax identification number) is required for this purpose. This can be applied for as follows:
- Form Verf19 (German) or Verf19E (English): Questionnaire for tax number/VATID number issue, which must be stated on all subsequent correspondence sent to the tax office.
- Copy of the extract from the commercial register ("trade license") or the articles of association for corporations.

We recommend exhibitors plan a lead time of at least 3 weeks before the start of the trade fair to ensure timely processing.
